I’m only given a one star bc I have too but by far the worse location I had the police called on me bc I was asking them to fix my car Billy yelled at me and Brittney did a bad deal they are all scammers worse location I had the police called on me bc I was asking them to fix my car Billy yelled at me and Brittney did a bad deal they are all scammers I signed for a 2023 Kia sorento and for two months I drove this car it thank god I didnt get my plates yets bc I didn’t know that they never got the bank to fund this car I was expecting to pay my carnote and I couldn’t I’m like well that’s a red flag I never received my welcome packet I was calling the dealership and financing and no one ever got to me but the weekend of Mother’s Day I got a call Friday from Billy stating I will have to get preapproved for this car all over again and start the process again now when I had took this car I was there all day and everything was fine I thought I signed all the paperwork I even gave them my trade in and of course that was fine they had no issues selling my car and getting the money off that.once I reapplied I told them just let me look into a telluride which is what I initially wanted at first but they some how got me approved and it was ready to go when I got there I test drove this car and it was knocking and the gas tank cover was lose they told me this car was in inventory and they had already taken so much money off to get me approved but when I told them I wanted things fixed they said they didn’t here anything that was wrong and the car was on E when I needed to test drive I’m like so you’re telling me when u opened that gas tank cover u didn’t notice it was loose and u didn’t hear the knocking I stated I would like to keep my sorento and I was told they can’t approve me for that and it would be too much work for them to approve me again I’m like well u never approved for this car obviously and I’ve been driving this for two months even had to replace a tire and had insurance on the car and got tints put on I was never refunded the money for the tire or tints they basically told me that car isn’t an option they have in back in inventory hey are getting more value of that car with a brand new tire and tints also they wasn’t willing to fix the telluride they told me I would have to wait weeks until they would fix it I said I will not drive it and Billy t stated I will not back him into a corner and rush him like he has to move right now I’m like you’re in customer service I’m the reason. U have a job so Instead of them working with me they said we will give u your money back all of a sudden after me saying I wanted my money back they wouldn’t give it to me so now I’m still being called about if I’m interested in the telluride and even the sales director was just as bad and rude plus they don’t have any loaner cars bc they are so slammed with maintence issues so over it please do your research on these scammers they will act like they are helping u but they told me this happened to 6 people outside of me. Lookout for Mariah Thomas,Brittney and Billy and the entire financing team do your RESEARCH!!!!! More
