Great place! Everyone was so friendly & courteous. They realized after looking at my ID that it was actually my birthday. The next thing I know the manager sends Everyone was so friendly & courteous. They realized after looking at my ID that it was actually my birthday. The next thing I know the manager sends out an envelope with a Visa gift card & "Happy Birthday" written on the front! That simple gesture made my day. My sale resp, Mariah Thomas was wonderful. No pressure, no rushing. She was very informed about 2 vehicles I was trying to decide between. Mariah went above & beyond to help me purchase my vehicle. The finance guy Dzenis was great at explaining all the details regarding the actual contract, warranty options & financing. The upbeat music playing in the background & the positive atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable. The facility is very clean & welcoming. Hunter, another KIA associates gave me a tour of the rest of the place so I'd know exactly where to go for future sevices calls, such as oil changed & car washes. Everyone seemed to have a great working relationship by helping each other out. I Highly recommend Suntrup KIA! More

Mariah was a fantastic sales person. She helped me through the whole process getting the car I wanted. She was friendly, conversational, and fun! I know when it's time to replace the used vehicle I bought with a brand new car in a few years Mariah will be the person I call. That is because I will both receive high quality service, but also because she is a fun person to spend the car buying process with. More
