I think the price was a bit high but also realize that dealerships charge more than a traditional mechanic so that is expected. I am extremely disappointed with the fact that you charge a 3% service fee f dealerships charge more than a traditional mechanic so that is expected. I am extremely disappointed with the fact that you charge a 3% service fee for using a credit card. That is a cost of doing business and passing that on to the customer is a very slimy move. If you accept credit cards that is simply a cost of doing business and if you don't like the rates that the credit card processor is charging you than find a different credit card processor but passing that cost on to the customer instead of acknowledging that it is a cost of doing business makes Weston Nissan look cheap, low budget and makes me feel like I am dealing with a slimy used car dealership instead of the prestigious Nissan dealership that you strive to be. You can do better Weston Nissan. That is incredibly disappointing. That charge of 3% for me as the customer to have to pay for your fee that you are being charged from the credit card processor makes the entire process be disappointing.... you may as well break out a line item on my invoice for cost to clean your windows, maintain the grounds and how much your FPL bill is if you are going to have the customer start paying for your cost of doing business expenses. Do better Weston Nissan, do better. More
