Bought the car on a Friday and Wednesday morning it was dead. Had to buy a new battery for $200.00. Contacted dealership, said they would get back to me and never did. Contacted the sales person who sold m dead. Had to buy a new battery for $200.00. Contacted dealership, said they would get back to me and never did. Contacted the sales person who sold me the car, she sent me a inspection sheet that battery was tested, not true, the battery and cover was all dusty, has not been opened in a while. Battery was 6 years old. I just spent thousands on this car and you won't reimburse me for an old battery? This is not good customer service. I would not recommend. More

Cesar was absolutely amazing today! I was a tad frustrated with multiple situations we had going on with our daughter’s car and when he saw this he immediately jumped into action and ma I was a tad frustrated with multiple situations we had going on with our daughter’s car and when he saw this he immediately jumped into action and made us comfortable, checked in on us, and made sure everything was being handled. Had an exceptional car buying experience with Maria Fuller. Maria has a good personality and was a pleasure to work with. This was our first car to have all the "bells and whistles" and she took the Fuller. Maria has a good personality and was a pleasure to work with. This was our first car to have all the "bells and whistles" and she took the time to explain everything to us why we sat in the car. Maria told us that if we had any further questions, to feel free to stop by and she would be happy to help, which we feel is going above and beyond. We have had our Equinox for a week now and love the car and are happy we came to Heiser. Ryan G. made the financing part of it fast and painless and answered any questions we had. Looking forward to having the car serviced at Heiser and would definitely recommend Heiser! More

All 3 people I bought my '21 Vette from told me I could transfer my serving to Oconomowoc where I live which I did n they quoted me &180 so I said ok I'll get it free from my Heiser. I go and get my servi transfer my serving to Oconomowoc where I live which I did n they quoted me &180 so I said ok I'll get it free from my Heiser. I go and get my service done and get a bill for $293!!! Pissed. Not to mention my 4-5 hours at my billing rate of $1,000/hr!!! More
