I am going to make a month of me following up every other business day on the status of one of my removals. Your team does have my contact information because I wrote to the GM back in July 31st. Ever since than I follow up every couple of days to follow up on the status and all I get is “ I will follow up with accounting” if I can upload in this platform every follow up that leads to nowhere I would. I’ve had to navigate this as I also take care of a newborn. Just a nightmare. For clarity, Margaret was actually good, she really is just the person the fishes for the sale … the predatory behavior and classic run around starts coming from leadership & finance which is sad.

In addition to the add ins, There is no sales transperancy … I got a written number of the out the door price than when I looked over the paper work there was around 2k in additional fees that I was told “every dealership charges and is not in the out the door price” … I wrote my detail concerns to the GM and team. The out the door price should be that “ the out the door price” I was never told or even in small letter written “this does not include additional fees”
