Since the dealership has changed hands I will say the oil change process is a lot more mainstreamed! I am no longer waiting 3 plus hours for a simple oil change and now it is only 45 minutes or less. Marcus was onto of the recall before I even got a notice in the mail and proceeded to take care of it and noticed there was a problem with the efgr valve,I think that is what it was, and it was fixed by late afternoon with a loaner car and all under warranty. So Marcus is a straight up excellent choice to work with! More

Very disappointed in that you charged me more than twice the actual retail price for the parts. OEM parts for my repair are $400 per part or less everywhere, but you doubled the cost to more than $800 per p the actual retail price for the parts. I was stuck because I wanted the repair done by a certified Nissan tech, but not get taken advantage of by a greedy Nissan dealership. You got me this time, but I will never, ever bring my car to you again and I will not recommend your dealership for repairs. Enjoy the one and done repairs because you will not have repeat customers when you rip,off people like that. More
