I had a Toyota before and quit going to their dealership for ser This was my first time at Fort Myers Nissan since I only bought my car in October. I had a Toyota before and quit going to their dealership for service because it became a very unpleasant experience and I ended up taking my car elsewhere. From first impressions, I will definitely be back to Fort Myers Nissan as Marcus was welcoming, informative and was not pushy about extra services. Their online appointment system is very easy user friendly which is very helpful. I like the feeling of no pressure - we just want to make you happy! More

I went in for a routine oil change and left with a credit card charge of over $400. I asked them to look at a broken lock which was a diagnostic charge of $250. It was not disclosed to me that there would al card charge of over $400. I asked them to look at a broken lock which was a diagnostic charge of $250. It was not disclosed to me that there would also be another bogus $50 charge for “shop supplies”. If I knew I was paying $300 just to have it looked at and not fixed, I NEVER would have paid that!! I was shocked at the total which was $396 and change. When I got home I noticed my card was charged for $408 and change so I called to have it fixed. I was told there is also a 3 percent credit card charge which was also not disclosed to me, is not written on any paperwork, and he did not even say anything when I handed him my card??! You all are a bunch of crooks. More

The waiting areas and restroom are clean. The service writers / service advisors are professional and polite; however, I had a 4 wheel alignment check done and I had to come back to request a The service writers / service advisors are professional and polite; however, I had a 4 wheel alignment check done and I had to come back to request a copy of the alignment printout. The service advisor told me that they don't give those to the customers, nonetheless, He made a copy of it for me, thank you Marcus. I really believe that they need to change this policy. More

My yearly visit for my first checkup and service was an absolute pleasure! Marcus greeted me warmly and took care of me right away. He kept me informed as I waited in the lounge area. The dealership and the service area have some of the friendliest staff ever! I love my car buying experience a year ago and now that I had an awesome experience with the service department, I can highly recommend! Thanks so much for a great service call! More
