I visited other Honda dealers in my search for a new Honda CRV and returned to CDA Honda where I am most comfortable. I am a senior above 75 yrs of age and truly admired the fact that I was treated as Honda CRV and returned to CDA Honda where I am most comfortable. I am a senior above 75 yrs of age and truly admired the fact that I was treated as if I knew what I was talking about. Very much appreciated and very diplomatic. Marcus was the main person I dealt with and decided that I really was very fortunate. He explained everything at a level I understood, didn't mind when I asked more questions or the same question and reminded me that he was there to help me as I learned about the Honda CRV hybrid model.
