I came in for my first oil change and requested the CFDJ family advantage benefits that I paid for when buying my car, which include car wash, rain x, seat protectant, and a bunch more. The service department is poorly managed and their service suffers because of it. My Jeep has been with the service department for over 3 weeks, although the vehicle has less than 2000 miles. Sin service suffers because of it. My Jeep has been with the service department for over 3 weeks, although the vehicle has less than 2000 miles. Since they expected my vehicle would take a while to fix, they were kind enough to get me a rental car but recently On Monday 12/09 I received a text message from Hertz saying the rental car contract was overdue, so I called Central Florida Service Department, to let them know the rental car was overdue. I left a message and they said they would call me back and it never happened, the next morning I called five times until they decided to call me back, and claimed my vehicle was fixed since November 30th and told me they called me (false) they never called me. I drove 1 hour from my home to Central Florida Jeep Dealer. At the dealership, the service manager was not present and Gregg Hutchins, the person left in charge was asked to help me. I asked Gregg if we could talk in his office, which upset him. When I tried to explain to Gregg my rental car and personal car issues Gregg simply walked away and left me in his office, he didn’t even bother to get someone to help me. While I don’t blame Gregg, I do blame his manager for leaving someone incapable of providing a decent service to customers. At this point I still have not gotten any help about my personal vehicle or the rental car. Their sales manager Zake Williams (real manager) helped me and apologized for the inconveniences caused by their subpar service department. After a 2 hours and 30 minute wait, To my surprise, my vehicle was NOT fixed and would need “TWO more weeks to be fixed”. So, I don’t understand why they claimed my vehicle was fixed and why they claimed they called me. I’m very displeased with the service department’s management for their poor communication and inability to leave someone competent in charge. More

Your dealership is a total ripe off dishonest service adviser especially Marcous Morton he has lied to me several times between Nov. 5th to Nov. 27. I brought my truck 2022-Ram-3500 in on Nov. 5th for a adviser especially Marcous Morton he has lied to me several times between Nov. 5th to Nov. 27. I brought my truck 2022-Ram-3500 in on Nov. 5th for a transmission recall TSB 21-051-24 I ask him to keep me update on the status, That did not happen. He did call me on Nov. 21 and said ( I have bad news.. The tech 3101 dropped the 4x4 transfer case on the concrete and damaged it. He then stated that they had found another case in Texas and was having it shipped overnight. I drove over to your dealership on Monday Nov.25th to talk to Marcous Morton to get a better understanding of exactly what is going on. We went out to the shop to look at the damaged transfer case that was damaged by tech 3101 and then i ask him to verify with parts that the case was visible there. It was verified. Marcous Morton called me on Nov. 27th at 4:30 PM and said the truck was completed and ready to pick up. I arrived there at 5:40PM to pick the truck up. Received copy of the work orders and went back home. The truck runs ok in 2 wheel drive but it will not engage into 4low or 4high. I notified Marcus Morton. I noticed on the work order that Marcus Morton is not being honest with me. (1) He did not write on the work order that the tech 3101 is the person that damaged the transfer case. He wrote that CUSTOMER STATES FLUID LEAK NOTiCED That is not true… When i brought the truck in on Nov. 5th. it was not leaking any fluids. Also on Monday Nov. 25th I discussed with Marcus Morton about getting a 4 wheel alignment done because the front axles were replaced. He said ok and he sent me a text and said he would do the alignment. I still have all the text messages and emails telling me what he promised to do but when i look at the work order and the carfax report it don’t show that it was performed. (1) I was lied to by Marcus Morton (2) The tech 3101 said he test drove the truck and said it is Operating as designed… another lie I have notified FCA US LLC Customer Care in Auburn Hills, Michigan and assigned a Case number for investigation of Central Florida CDJR. More

After last service when I requested tier rotation my tire pressure system sensor was faulty. Before the service I haven't had any dashboard lights, after service i use this light, but I was told the tire pressure system sensor was faulty.
