This dealership was great! They did not bug me after test driving my car last week and let me come back on my own when I was ready. Victor was great and even replied back to my messages at 8am! He had my car ready for me even when I showed up 30mins early. He was honest and had great communication. Over all everyone was friendly and helpful at the dealership. If you are looking for an Audi I recommend Ontario Audi and Victor! More

They answered all my questions and went out of their way to look for options for what I was looking for. They both listened to what was important to me and didn't try to sell me on other things. I highly recommend working with either of them and asking for them when calling or going to the dealership. Great experience overall and I left with a new car! Victor even called me a few days later to check in and see how the vehicle was and if I had any questions. They were very attentive, but not overbearing. Extremely appreciative for the way they conducted business as I know car sales can sometimes be ruthless and not a great experience for the customer. I had a great experience overall. HIGHLY recommend. More

Farzi Rashid really took care of my daughter in purchasing her first car from a dealership. As a mother, I just came along to help with the limited knowledge I have with regards to price, interest purchasing her first car from a dealership. As a mother, I just came along to help with the limited knowledge I have with regards to price, interest rates, etc. We had some difficulty with getting a full coverage car insurance policy. This was NOT the dealership’s fault, but an issue in California in general. Little did we know, it would take almost 3 weeks to get a full coverage policy. We were worried we’d lose the car due to the wait on the policy effective date. But Farzi and Audi Ontario worked with us and secured the car for us. They didn’t have to do that, but they were more than willing to. Today we were able to finish the transaction and get the car!!!! It was probably the smoothest car purchase ever. Everybody involved was very honest, professional, accommodating, kind and took the time to explain everything without being pushy. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend Audi Ontario. Thank you Farzi, for helping my daughter and making this purchase happen.🙏 More

We bought a car today from Audi Ontario and had the best experience! You guys gotta go see Farzy he got us the car we wanted without all the back and forth that most car salesman do. Farzy was able to get the price of the car and the payment lower then any other dealership we went to and we were in and out of the dealership in no time. I would for sure buy another car from Farzy and Audi of Ontario. Trust me, they made miracles happen and were so accommodating and polite through the whole process.
