Abel wasn't all that up front and then got mad at me multiple times. He made it clear he was frustrated with body language and tone. Then he left while we were waiting for financing (which took 2.5 hour multiple times. He made it clear he was frustrated with body language and tone. Then he left while we were waiting for financing (which took 2.5 hours to even see financing). I'd asked about if increasing my down payment would affect my rate and Abel told me no. But then in financing I was told because I did such a low down payment it affected my APR. I also had asked for the workup of what was done on the car and it took way too long to get it. Now I've still been waiting for Ash to give me info and I've had to call over 5x to speak to Ash. He actually told me he "lost my number", but now still hasn't called me back. This has been a very frustrating experience and I would not recommend this dealership. More
