The service manager would not accept an ACURA coupon. This is my third Acura purchased at this location and all service done here as well, so to lose a loyal customer over a few dollars…..wow. Service was perfect, fast and efficient, The complimentary carwash ruined my experience. Please do not offer that service if they’re going to rush and do a terrible job. The worst service I ever received at a car dealership! I brought my car in for service 3x and still wasn’t able to get the job done I was told my parts needed to be order to come back ( I live 1:45 away! I brought my car in for service 3x and still wasn’t able to get the job done I was told my parts needed to be order to come back ( I live 1:45 away! (So they refused to give me a loaner) so I wasted gas each visit. Which the sales rep knew !) they said my part would be in by Monday Feb 16th 2026 I called to double check my schedule time and no one called back. Just a text reminder of the date, on the assumption the part was there Feb 23rd 2026 after 2 hour they told me my car is ready but what I went in for wasn’t completed ! I have made more blank trips to sort my car that initially had a defect day of purchase unfortunately, and no other dealer would take my car because of the 30 days grace period! More
