I’ve had a great experience with sales (Joseph) and with service advisors, Marco and Jean. However, I’ve lost trust in the service department. I I’ve had four services done since I purchased Since my car - service advisors, Marco and Jean. However, I’ve lost trust in the service department. I I’ve had four services done since I purchased Since my car - on the first service they scratched my rim. on the second and fourth They did not rotate the tires as I requested and was required by the service interval, they even documented it was done on my receipt. This makes me wonder if the service was even done. I will try another dealer service department for my next service. More

I was charged for services never provided. I Went for oil change and tires rotation. They never did rotation of tires or even look at tires. They lied. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I bought a vehicle, September 9 since Friday appreciate . That vehicle spend 26 days in the repair chop. With a motor problem, I picked it up on Friday October 17., for the fourth time.
