Marco really went above and beyond, going over the already detailed car one last time and making sure everything was as close to factory as you can in a used vehicle. Aaron was a great and knowledgeable sales guy. It was like buying a car from my cousin. He considered the financing we walked in with and provided us with a much better option. Dolf got us through the financing portion of the day as painlessly as possible, which is quite a feat. More

I recently had a very positive experience buying my 2020 Prius Prime from Gladstone Toyota. It began while perusing their website to see if they had the car that I wanted on their lot. The little pop-up chat window opened up and I had the privilege of getting to have a conversation with one of their salesmen, Marco. He’s a personable young guy who seems to truly understand how to relate to potential car-buying customers! It was with that brief online conversation that led to a test drive, and more conversation with Marco in person. The specific car that I wanted was not on the lot, but he managed to have it there for me the next day, and I drove it home that afternoon. I’ve been through the car buying process a number of times in the past many years, and it’s always refreshing to be treated respectfully, professionally and honestly. This turned out to probably be one of the easiest and most positive experiences that I’ve had at a car dealership…mainly because of a salesman named Marco! If you find yourself at Gladstone Toyota, you might want to specifically ask for this guy by name! Thanks, Toyota for a great car, my Prius Prime…and thanks for allowing me to work with Marco. More
