This was an outstanding customer experience from the start. Mark and Marciel did a great job presenting different options including the car that we eventually decided to lease (which wasnt necessarily t start. Mark and Marciel did a great job presenting different options including the car that we eventually decided to lease (which wasnt necessarily the car we thought we would lease simply because they pointed out the differences we actually preferred but didnt know about) without any pressure like many car dealerships. The pricing was transparent, and we discussed trade-ins and the process was also transparent and the offers fair. And Matt was also great to deal with, explained the different packages without pushing anything on us but at the same time gave us the rationale for a few that made a lot of sense. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend Garavel to friends and family. That was my 5th Jeep with them so there is something to be said for maintaining consistency when it comes to the customer experience combine with a great brand. More
