This person was in my face screaming telling me how fraudulent I was along with spit unprofessional along with completely one sided and non helpful. Clearly this person is a lose cannon hot head that underminds the average person. Showed me no respect and borderline challanged me as another male in a physical altercation making me question waiting for him in the parking lot when he got off of work. I did call Ford Headquarters and left a detailed review with them. More

Marc was excellent, didn't try to hard sell us, found a difficult to find Mustang Mach E which showed up on the computer as being delivered, but was actually on the lot. The price we paid was OK along wit difficult to find Mustang Mach E which showed up on the computer as being delivered, but was actually on the lot. The price we paid was OK along with the 0% financing. I might have been able to get a better price at another dealership (possibly not in Florida) that had more Mach E's in stock. Not sure. But overall, good experience, would recommend Coconut Point Ford and Marc as a salesman. More
