I will say I live close to this dealership and have passed it so many times. I am glad I stopped in to check out a new truck and ended up purchasing one. The experience was fantastic and the team was g passed it so many times. I am glad I stopped in to check out a new truck and ended up purchasing one. The experience was fantastic and the team was great to work with! I will say that Marc was the best person I have ever dealt with for a vehicle. He was conscious of my needs and treated me well. Two things came up with my vehicle that he made sure to take care of me with. One was the vehicle was a used vehicle and came with one key fob. When I bought the vehicle I was aware and knew I would have to purchase a new one. He helped by providing info for purchasing a replacement. Well a few days later he discovered the previous owners found it and helped me get the replacement. Wow! Is all I can say as not only did it save me the cost but that he helped with that was great. On another item that was part of the purchase was a panel that needed to be repaired. It was arranged they would fix it and when the new clip came in to assemble it was discovered that there was an underlying issue that no one would have known. Well Marc helped coordinate it getting repaired. I have to say that things happen and at times it may not be the fault of anyone. What I appreciate is that Marc and the Greenwood Automotive team make it a mission to take care of their customers no matter what and that is why I appreciate and will use them again! More
