Was dealing with a different GMC dealership on a different truck and they found this one at GMC silvera Healdsburg for me. Told them I didn't have a whole lot of time to wait and I needed to lea different truck and they found this one at GMC silvera Healdsburg for me. Told them I didn't have a whole lot of time to wait and I needed to leave with the truck that day I come in. They said no problem. Did the paperwork through email to quicken the process. Already was told what my total was going to be before going in. I go in, I test drive it, everything seems to be in order. Unfortunately GMC silvera Healdsburg didn't have any of my paperwork. So I had to resubmit everything. And my cost I originally agreed upon was wrong and I had to recreate them three separate times.b I was there for 4 hours with a newborn. During my long wait. My truck was going to get cleaned up and wouldn't start and so, I wasn't able to leave with it. Got the truck back in 2 days with some sort of electrical issue that they fixed. 5 days later the AC goes out so I take it in. They took care of it. The thermostat was stuck. Spoke to Ross who said this was a courtesy and we sold you an "as in". 4 days later my truck shuts off while I was driving it. Unfortunately in an area that had no cell service and had to walk a mile with my daughter to get a tow. Unfortunately I live an hour away from the dealership so when I called to express my concerns they mentioned "as in" again and told me to get it in and they will look at it. Unfortunately at this point it's been driven for one week since I bought it. It's been sitting in my driveway since it broke down and I'm unable to get it to the dealership which is an hour away. So I'm writing this review "as it is" the only thing that I can do at this point. It's another electrical issue going on unfortunately. The had a lot of red flags telling me not to do this, but lean towards the trusting name of GMC Silveria. always had Chevy trucks and now this whole experience has me 2nd guessing their brand name. More
