Much better experience than Don Davis. Seamed like they were running the shop not the shop running them. Definitely will return besides the price jumped significantly. Don Davis customer for nearly 25 years and was not aware this was now a Clay Cooley dealership. Prices are now 60% higher and service was extremely slow. Good to know as I will be seeking for future service this was now a Clay Cooley dealership. Prices are now 60% higher and service was extremely slow. The communication with the entire staff was amazing, always on target always on point. It was no hassle. Probably one of the easiest transactions I have ever made in a process of a vehicle. I highly recommend for any service or new car purchase you buy from here. The general manager was very communicative, the finance team was nothing short then amazing they also took a time to introduced me to their service directors and tax. Should I have any issues in the future and they were eager to help and any kind of way possible. just amazing group of people ! More

Took an ENTIRE MONTH, dropped off 8/08/2024 and was not finished until 9/03/2024, to do recall that was stated to take 3 hours to do. 3 hour job took almost 4 weeks to do…. This was a Fleet Vehicle that finished until 9/03/2024, to do recall that was stated to take 3 hours to do. 3 hour job took almost 4 weeks to do…. This was a Fleet Vehicle that was not able to be used for a month due to Negligence on Don David Ford’s part. More

I took my my truck to Don Davis Ford service department with a safety concern. Marc Prestwood schedule the service for approximately one month later. After dropping off my vehicle I had to call Mr. Prest with a safety concern. Marc Prestwood schedule the service for approximately one month later. After dropping off my vehicle I had to call Mr. Prestwood find out if my vehicle was ready to be picked up. After reading the service receipt I find out that they could not duplicate the problem I am having. I called to talk with Marc Prestwood and left him a voicemail and I’m still awaiting a response. The safety concern of my vehicle continues. ( service pickup and delivery was not offered ). More
