Very slow, do not get car back by promised, time or date. Unfortunately this last time I had a charger cable, a hat, and gloves stolen from my car while it was being detailed, which ended up taking multiple Unfortunately this last time I had a charger cable, a hat, and gloves stolen from my car while it was being detailed, which ended up taking multiple days to complete. Service advisors are very nice and apologetic, however. Their service schedule does not match up with the Ford scheduled maintenance, which is more that just a little disturbing. The manufacturer has a 10k, 20k, and 30k maintenance schedule, but they have a 15k and 30k, so when getting my 20k, since it had already had the 10k one, got a 15k maintenance. This makes no sense at a Ford dealership. More

Don Davis customer for nearly 25 years and was not aware this was now a Clay Cooley dealership. Prices are now 60% higher and service was extremely slow. Good to know as I will be seeking for future service this was now a Clay Cooley dealership. Prices are now 60% higher and service was extremely slow.
