This dealership is a waste of time. Go somewhere else.they had my car for months and still could not fix the car. They are lazy and they have no knowledge of how to fix my car even thou Go somewhere else.they had my car for months and still could not fix the car. They are lazy and they have no knowledge of how to fix my car even though I bought it from. They lie make stuff up and charge you for parts you didn’t need. Save yourself some sanity and go somewhere else! By far the worst dealership in the city! Save yourself and go elsewhere! More

The worst customer service I've ever delr with. After buying a jeep from there the check engine light came on within 2 days. They had it in fir service stating it would be a couple days. 5 days lat After buying a jeep from there the check engine light came on within 2 days. They had it in fir service stating it would be a couple days. 5 days later I still have no vehicle. I had to get rental out of my own pocket, they didn't even offer one. Every time I call they say, they'll look into it and call back. Never call back. Terrible customer service!! More

I can't copy and paste the email that I sent to John Cnota because it is too long. The short version is the service was abysmal. Tony Cron was incredibly rude to Marc and I. I have no confidence that tw Cnota because it is too long. The short version is the service was abysmal. Tony Cron was incredibly rude to Marc and I. I have no confidence that twin City Dodge can perform any repairs in a timely manner. The communication was nonexistent.
