Originally I am from the Rutland area, in 2012 I moved to the Burlington to explore different opportunities that this area had to offer. In 2015 I started at Heritage and for this first time in my life I was excited to go to work everyday. I enjoy helping customers throughout the car buying process as well as after thier purchase. In my spare time I like to travel and explore new places, spend time with my dog and spoil my nieces and nephews.

Our purchase of a 2024 Mach-E was great! Olin was a calm, and thus a persuasive sales agent. While he kept in touch with us, he was not pushy at all, which we appreciated. Due to some tight scheduling, Olin expedited the process for us so we could take delivery a day early, and Teresa stayed late to process our paperwork. We are so happy to have this dream car! More

On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a 12. I showed up with no appointment because I saw a vehicle on the website that I was interested in and received outstanding service. Had the privilege of dealing with, Charlie Moriarty(sales), Marc Halliday(manager) and Theresa Moss (finance). Each were professional, knowledgable and extremely personable. Each spent more time than they had to providing information, answering questions and even some small talk. Did a great job of presenting information without the typical sales pitches and pressure. Got a great deal on a hard to find low milage, F250 heavy duty truck. Feel that I got a great value for the dollar compared to other vehicles that I found on the internet. Highly recommend Heritage Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
