My experience was everything went very smoothly. My salesperson, Eli, was very professional and helpful. He even went so far as to follow me home to help me get my other vehicle back to my house. There was one minor cosmetic issue with the car and they promptly took care of it without any hesitation. So, overall it was a good hassle free car buying experience. More

A horrible buying experience! ! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! The Audi Q5 I purchased needed a new engine the day after I drove off the lot (day after as in 24hrs). Super excited when ! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! The Audi Q5 I purchased needed a new engine the day after I drove off the lot (day after as in 24hrs). Super excited when I left Volvo Cars Annapolis that Friday and next day headed out of town to attend a baby shower. Everything was going fine at the beginning but just as I got onto 395, the misfiring started. Took it to an Audi dealer and they told me the vehicle needs an engine. The combustion chamber is damaged. Not sure whether or not V.C.A. knew about this but things happen and I was hoping for a swift, amicable resolution . . . but here is where things got ugly. Volvo Cars Annapolis and the two Marks, Mark Rivers and Mark Gendleman offered nothing but skirted responsibility and tried to convince me that the Audi dealership I visited are the ones responsible and I should visit them for retribution. In addition, they stated that that dealership is NOT a sanctioned dealership which would void them of responsibility. The back and forth continued and Mark Rivers ended blocking my calls. He stated that I should be satisfied with a replaced spark plug. They also promised to compensate and reimburse my out of town accommodation and expenses, and that too was not done. They took the car back, eventually, but only after my attorney got involved, I contacted Volvo Cars Annapolis ownership and forwarded correspondence to Volvo’s Headquarters in Cologne, Germany. More
