Recall service appointment was made a week in advance. Dropped the car off and they did not have the part needed. Never got a call to advise of situation. After 3-4 hours I called and was advised. This is a top dealership that makes the customer feel generally comfortable, in itself, not an easy feat. I’m 70 years old and I’ve never enjoyed the car buying experience until this time around.
