Well I have purhased two vehicles from Cheyrl and Auto Aves and I think the best ting I like about them is that they aren't pushy sales people it's simple you go to the lot and you pick a car you like te Aves and I think the best ting I like about them is that they aren't pushy sales people it's simple you go to the lot and you pick a car you like test drive it and the next thing you know you are driving a new or used vehicle of your choice . And they have a warranty that don't let you drive off the lot unsatisfied ,.and a smooth transfer of the loan to my Credit Union. Tom Sullivan was the best Member Experience Advisor- he’s personable, down to earth, not pushy like regular car dealerships, asked me detailed questions about cars I wanted to consider, & then found me a car personable, down to earth, not pushy like regular car dealerships, asked me detailed questions about cars I wanted to consider, & then found me a car I wasn’t even thinking I could afford. As per my other previous experiences at Auto Aves, they found me the perfect car without any pressure. In addition, they have great follow up car care. This is at least the 3rd car I’ve purchased from them in the past 16 years. I would recommend that anyone start here, especially with Tom Sullivan. I want to give a huge shout out to Tom Sullivan and Mark in finance . These two gentlemen went above and beyond to help me get into a vehicle and get me back on the road. I had recently had an accident no f in finance . These two gentlemen went above and beyond to help me get into a vehicle and get me back on the road. I had recently had an accident no fault of my own that left me with a totaled vehicle. They kept in great communication as they knew for a single parent I needed a new vehicle in a timely manner. They took extra time to explain things in detail rather than car salesman lingo they made it easy for me to understand and didn’t try to hassle me at all . they took the time to know what I could and could not afford what I was looking for was in a vehicle and that that is ALL that they showed me. You guys went above and beyond in my book also thank you to the rest of the crew at Automotive Avenues. Professional and succinct It was a good experience I would recommend to others. We had to wait a bit long a few times but the car was out and waiting when we got there.
