DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SOLD A LEMON, HAVE YOUR CREDIT DESTROYED AND BE IGNORED BY STAFF/MANAGEMENT. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was sold a car with engine failure LEMON, HAVE YOUR CREDIT DESTROYED AND BE IGNORED BY STAFF/MANAGEMENT. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I was sold a car with engine failure and have been jacked around regarding my refund and loan cancelation. I had the car in my possession for ONLY 2 DAYS! I did not receive a call from anyone durning whole ordeal with them. No one called to notify me of the problems. I had to reach out to them MULTIPLE TIMES. The service department informed me of the cars engine failure and said the sales team is working on a resolution. Aftes many days straight of calling and being transferred to wrong departments and leaving voice-mails, i still had no one contacting me. Almost two weeks to the date of purchase I walked into the store to see the sales managers eating girl scout cookies and chatting about golf behind the desk. Not once did a Manger even try to speak to me. I demanded a full refund and my loan to be canceled. 1 week had went by with many calls and visits to kia and even to the ford corporate office I finally received my refund check. Now two weeks have gone by and they still won't cancel my loan. Absolutely ridiculous and utterly disappointing. More

They try to hide how long they have had vehicles, they try to make you believe you have to have a recovery tracker that they put on all vehicles and charge you 500$ that you do NOT have to have,Manager An try to make you believe you have to have a recovery tracker that they put on all vehicles and charge you 500$ that you do NOT have to have,Manager Anthony was very rude and kept paperwork, over all worst car buying experience ever......Do not go here More

Mark Robles was the rudest service advisor I have ever met. Please go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.
