So, I called the dealership and ask them about price matching, I was told to come in and speak to the manager. When I get there, I was not allowed to speak to the manager, or even allowed to see the veh matching, I was told to come in and speak to the manager. When I get there, I was not allowed to speak to the manager, or even allowed to see the vehicle I came in to see until we spoke about pricing. When they told me I had to pay an upward of $4000 for a certification on top of over $500 for documentation fee, on top of taxes, DMV etc., I got up and walked out. I know it’s high demand for vehicles, but they shouldn’t take it advantage of hard working people! They also should not have told me to come in to price match, because I was clearly just a way to get me in the door and I fell for it. I will not recommend this dealership moving forward. It’s a shame because it’s so close to my house and I know a lot of people who are looking to purchase new and preowned vehicles. More

Im not at all exaggerating when I say that this dealership rolls out the red carpet for everyone that walks in their door which is VERY rare. My husband and I have been to many many dealerships over the years and on Friday night we went into Route 17 Nissan to look at and ultimately purchase a Nissan Pathfinder that I am absolutely in love with, this is now the ONLY dealership we will ever buy from again (those were actually our exact words on the drive home that night) I cannot say enough good things about every single person we dealt with.... Manny our sales associate, Rich the sales manager and Joe the business manager they are all BEYOND top notch and went above and beyond for us (even tho credit wise we aren’t “ideal or perfect”) they never for a minute made us feel uncomfortable about that or that we shouldn’t be there which honestly most dealerships will do, I speak from experience, but not this dealership ! They were not only extremely knowledgeable but they are all very personable people, they treat you like family !! We all talked and laughed our entire time there it was as if we’ve been going there for years and they knew us, yet this was our first time. If you’re looking to purchase a car or even just thinking about it, trust me just go experience it for yourself, you will never regret your decision there is good reason that this dealership has 5 stars they deserve 25 in my opinion. The entire team is amazing but if you can request Manny and Rich, do it....STELLAR !! More

They explored many options with me and took the time to run and re run the numbers at my request. Rich went way beyond his managerial parameters, came in and out of his office to be hands on working with me to ensure that they met my needs. We were offered beverages several times throughout our time there. Having been offered many options, I was able to get what I wanted in a new lease...Rogue Sport. I am now the proud driver of my new car, paying what my budget will allow! It’s my 7th Nissan - my 5th Rogue.
