Was misled completely. I feel robbed. Purchased a car last October was told I can trade in after 6months to 1 year. I went back they said that THEY DONT KNOW WHO TOLD ME TH I feel robbed. THEY SAID HE SHOULDNT HAVE SAID THAT.. so now I am stuck in a car they sold to me for too much money. STAY AWAY!! More

It would have been a better experience if the manager had explained the added fees before proceeding with purchase. In conclusion, I would not purchase a car again from Prestige Auto for those two reasons. H explained the added fees before proceeding with purchase. However, the people were wonderful to work with., 1) I have never been charged a fee of $699 by any used car dealer for the privilege of simply buying a car! 2) I was prepared to pay the entire purchase with cash but was not permitted to do so. This place lives up to their advertisements. The staff was incredible all around. Christine is the best.
