A little about myself, I began my journey in the automobile industry in January of 1997 after about 12 years in retail grocery during and after my time in college. I began in sales and eventually moved into service so I could spend more time with my then your family. Fast forward to now and I have been with this dealership for 25 plus years because I love the people I work with. Both customers and employees. I look forward to working with you.

I was satisfied to be able to arrive at the Service Department without an appointment for service and have the issue (low tire pressure due to a nail in the tire) resolved while I waited. All of the service guys are very professional and truly there to help. I wouldn't say I will always stick with Honda's. (Your design team need attention.) But I will always come here for service. They've earned their awards. I've had WAY too many problems with this particular model. (2019 Civic Si, because of design problems.) It's given me tons of chances to really see what their service department is. And I'd give the service department a better rating AFTER these problems, than before. Matthew, Kerry, Terry, Kent, Randal and Bryan are all on my list of top service guys. (Knowing this many names, should only prove how well versed I am.) Thank you all for your dedication to friendly and professional service. More

This is my second Honda Van in 4 yrs because of the service. This is the second Honda Van I have purchased from Honda of Fort Worth in four years because of my Service Writer Manny and the HOFW staff.
