Improved Service! I have been coming to this location for years (back when it was Frank Kent). I always enjoyed the service at Frank Kent, but was not happy with Honda I have been coming to this location for years (back when it was Frank Kent). I always enjoyed the service at Frank Kent, but was not happy with Honda of Fort Worth when they first took over. BUT, let me tell you, the service has improved dramatically! They got me in quickly (even though I was wary to my appt.) and they were very friendly. The waiting area there is the best I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. The service was quick and my service advisor took the time to explain everything they did and what everything meant. I am happy to return to Honda of Fort Worth. More

They could have charged me for three services, but they were honest! I’ve been there before, and I will come back to this location again, despite living two counties and over one hour away!
