Customer service was great and we are very happy with the vehicle. I struggled a bit with required dealer add-ons. I know this is an industry norm and how dealerships make money, but it’s hard as a consumer vehicle. I struggled a bit with required dealer add-ons. I know this is an industry norm and how dealerships make money, but it’s hard as a consumer to be given no choice in an add-on you do not want to buy.
