I had a disappointing experience with Manny Cruz as my advisor. Complete lack of communication throughout the process. No updates, unreturned phone calls, and no proactive information provided. After I complained about being neglected, Manny promised me an update, but it never materialized. He initially stated that my car would be ready by Monday or Tuesday since they had already received the necessary part. However, when I followed up on Wednesday , he informed me that they had ordered another part, which he couldn’t even name, and it would take an additional week to complete the job. Would you leave your car with Manny Cruz and go through this kind of hassle like I did? More

Pacific has been my go to dealership for a while. Recently, I took my car in for a warranty job and the issue wasn't resolved. Due to aftermarket speakers, they couldn't do much else for me, but th Recently, I took my car in for a warranty job and the issue wasn't resolved. Due to aftermarket speakers, they couldn't do much else for me, but they did do a lot to remedy the issue. I will give credit where it's due, but what bothers me is the lack of following up and communication. Manny told me that he would look into things and get back to me. I never got that call back, and my text messages were just ignored. On top of that, I specifically requested Manny due to his great reviews, but never once did he meet with me during my multiple visits to address my issue. It was always delegated to another advisor which caused multiple issues with the service provided. I spoke with a corporate representative to see if I can get a repair approval, and they pretty much told me due to dealerships being privately owned, they cant really do much but try and nudge dealerships to do right by the customer. Recommended I go to another dealership for a second opinion because it'll be less of an uphill battle. Went to McKenna and they resolved my issue. Avoid Pacific's service department. Their collision center is amazing, as I recently had the doors and quarter panel of my brother's M3 repainted there with a perfect match. They sent it into the service department to address a few rattles and it caused a lot of delays which caused us to not have the car for almost a month. Going to leave a 3 star just because Manny was personable and initially seemed professional during the limited interaction I had w/ him, and the quality of loaners I received. Check out McKenna, Century West, and New Century for service instead. More

Poor communication on delivery date (dropped off car on a Tuesday and was promised it would be done by end of week… no communication after Wednesday until following week and car wasn’t completed until the fo Tuesday and was promised it would be done by end of week… no communication after Wednesday until following week and car wasn’t completed until the following Wednesday), car was dented during time at dealer - provided picture of dent and no follow up communication, car paint was also scratched during poor wash job. Appreciated the rental car but that did not make up for an overall poor experience. More
