I walked into Gerald Nissan with my Dad and my list of must-haves in our next vehicle. Manny was exceptionally knowledgable and extremely helpful by going over all the options and physically climbing in a must-haves in our next vehicle. Manny was exceptionally knowledgable and extremely helpful by going over all the options and physically climbing in and out and all around (like my kids, ha ha) to show me visually the different scenarios. He also really LISTENED and even picked up on clues that I was not yet in my “buying window”. Once we test drove and determined which size vehicle was best, Gerald Nissan allowed me to borrow the actual vehicle overnight and into the next day of our regular daily routine. Manny also gave me the time and space to check out the competition on my list. He understood what a big purchase this is and wanted me to be certain and happy long after the sale. Smart man! I was also pleasantly surprised at the easy process of working directly with sales manager, Vinod on price and packaging. Not pushy. Very kind. And clearly cared about making sure we were good with and understood every line item. Thank you. As a female, car shopping can often be overwhelming and there have been times in the past (NOT at Gerald) where I have left in tears, because of the old-school mentality that girls just don’t know. Never once did I feel this way. And I have to give a shout out to Jake too! He made what is normally a LONG, boring and overwhelming process — the nitty gritty of paperwork — almost fun with his visuals and personal way of making sure we were aware of all we were signing. If you are in the market — no matter the brand of car honestly — I highly recommend giving Manny / Gerald Auto Group a call and chance to help you out. Thank you all again and again! Frank Resolved Problem Quickly due to Manny's Poor Service I had leased a Rogue for my daughter in 2016. That experience went very well. However, when I came back to do the paperwork to buy out the lease in I had leased a Rogue for my daughter in 2016. That experience went very well. However, when I came back to do the paperwork to buy out the lease in April, I had an extremely negative experience with Manny. However, I must commend Frank. When I came in to complain about the issues that were still ongoing with the lease buyout, Frank immediately made sure my problems were resolved. Michael Procek assisted me and was easy and excellent to work with as well. I appreciate good managerial skills and leadership and happy that my daughter's problems have finally taken care of. Thank you Frank for your assistance. However, "Don't expect Service From Manny!" I had tried to write a separate review but it was mysteriously taken down. So here is the accounting of his poor customer service: When I went to complete the lease buyout paperwork on April 13, I had the unfortunate experience of having Manny assist me. I was the primary lessee and had to sign off on the lease since my daughter, who lives in Oregon, was the one actually purchasing the car. Manny said he would take care of everything and all my daughter had to do was to send back the check. During my time with Manny, I kept asking for copies of the paperwork that I had signed as well as the payoff amount to keep for my records. He kept telling me he would give me copies, then he said he couldn't since he had already given the paperwork to finance, but then said he would send me a copy the next day. Not receiving copies of the paperwork was definitely an issue--why does someone not want you to have copies of legal documents? Is it because they are trying to hide something or because they are lazy and don't want to bother with actually providing service? I have still not received any copies of the paperwork. My daughter received the paperwork from the dealership, signed it and returned it with her check on April 20. She then received her temporary license, but it was dated to expire on May 13. Her check was never cashed. Megan kept contacting Manny but never received any updates. Upon investigation with another salesperson, Jason, we were told that Manny hadn't paper clipped her check to the paperwork and the check was shredded. Jason told Megan to overnight another check, he would expedite the process, reimburse her for the overnight expense, and send her another temporary license. Jason confirmed her check was received and sent to corporate. This was on May 15. As of June 9, Megan still had not received another temporary license and had been driving with expired plates since May 13. Whenever she contacted Manny she was told he would look into it, or that he had to talk with his boss, or her just never responded to her emails. On June 10, I went to see Frank Pizzirulli who stated he had never heard of this situation before and immediately took care of resolving this issue. While Frank restored my faith in the dealership, I can only state that if you want service, do no talk with Manny! More

Dealership Highly Recomended I honestly hate the care buying process. However this dealership and the individuals that I worked with (Manny Urdaneta and Ben Rosenberg) were amazi I honestly hate the care buying process. However this dealership and the individuals that I worked with (Manny Urdaneta and Ben Rosenberg) were amazing to work with. I have small children so I called ahead to make sure that my finances would fit with what I was looking at. Ben took the time to work numbers for me on a couple of models to see what fit my needs best. We came in the next day and the cars were ready to be looked at. This made the purchasing process so much easier. As a parent I appreciated this more than anything. I would highly recommend this dealership and the individuals listed above, Manny and Ben). More
