A really great dealership where the salesman doesn't pressure you and doesn't feel sleazy. Mark was incredibly helpful and worked with us a lot. He was especially understanding of the fact that we have pressure you and doesn't feel sleazy. Mark was incredibly helpful and worked with us a lot. He was especially understanding of the fact that we have two kids and couldn't be waiting for hours to get the paperwork completed. The last place we got our car took 7 hours. Additionally, the other staff in the Mazda dealership were also very nice and welcoming. We went to others like Lexus where we immediately didn't feel welcomed. Finally, serve free coffee and water at Mazda- it is a small thing but many dealerships we went to didn't and it was a nice touch on a hot day. More

Absolutely awful. He basically tried to get us to buy a pre-certified car under the price of a new one! When we looked online, many folks bought a new car under that p He basically tried to get us to buy a pre-certified car under the price of a new one! When we looked online, many folks bought a new car under that price as their out-the-door number. He then got his manager to come to us when we were getting ready to walk. Additionally, he added 6% to the MSRP price saying that it's a mandatory warranty price. Gave no details on what made up the licensing fees, the combined tax rate for total tax, etc. The doc fee was also $800. If you're trying to get business, take a stab at integrity. More
