My new beamer was waiting at the dealership in pristine quality when we went for pickup. I'm a repeat customer to this dealership, having been a proud owner of a 5-series before and now an X5. All members of the dealership are transparent in their dealing and no hidden agenda when they sell a car to you, starting with Manjula whom I dealt with this time. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the doubts I had. She is also quick to respond in emails if you have any queries. Shout out to David as well as he is very straightforward and doesn't oversell aside from what was agreed at the time of purchase. The personal human touch they provide is something I haven't witnessed at other BMW dealerships in NJ.
