I leased a new vehicle on 9/12/25. The vehicle had damages that the saleman was aware of prior to turning the vehicle over to me. The saleman and sales manager committed to repairing The vehicle had damages that the saleman was aware of prior to turning the vehicle over to me. The saleman and sales manager committed to repairing the damages before I initially took possession of the vehicle. I returned to the dealership at the salesman’s requests on 9/18/25 to have the original damages repaired. From 9/18/25 until 9/26/25, the vehicle had to be returned to the service center 3 separate times for mechanical issues. Each time I was given a loaner vehicle of lesser value than the lease I’d originally paid for. In total, the vehicle has been under lease for 18 days; it was in the service center for 9 days. I am currently leasing a 2026 Palisade Calligraphy AWD. More

My overall experience was great. Diamond, the Service Manager, was phenomenal and set the good impression for the overall experience.
