I did not like the SmartPath credit process. The App is designed primarily for Leasing a vehicle, not purchasing. I spend 5 hours on 7/24/2025 trying to fill out the application online, only t The App is designed primarily for Leasing a vehicle, not purchasing. I spend 5 hours on 7/24/2025 trying to fill out the application online, only to be kicked off (incompleted) because I would/could not fill out leasing questions. When I called the Salesman, Jeff Bennett on 7/25/25, he told me not to worry about it. We would take care of it on 7/26/2025. Then I found out he didn't use the SmartPath application but a Sierra Toyota local application.. When I finally completed the application and gave him the application number, the credit manager didn't use it but had Jeff use the local application, It's a good thing I brought all of my gross pay numbers with me (those wages were in the Toyota SmartPath application but they didn't transfer the numbers. Basically the local version had the same fields but since they didn't use that SmartPath application, I had to have the numbers available. More

Manessa was outstanding to work with. From the start, she walked us through getting the vehicle ordered with all the items we wanted. She kept us informed through the whole process...when the vehicle build started, changes to the build, and when it was shipped and delivered. During the final process of picking up the vehicle, she went over and above to resolve some issues we had with our outside financing and get us into our new vehicle (which is awesome!). We recommend Manessa to anyone looking for a new car. Julie from financing was outstanding as well, working with our bank to get all the i's dotted and t's crossed. All around, Sierra Toyota is a great place! I would highly recommend them. More
