This is not our first purchase from Atlantic Chevrolet and it won't be our last and the reason for that is the impeccable customer service. The staff is wonderful and everyone is taking all the proper precautions during this trying time. We first met with Paul on Monday to test drive the vehicles we were interested in. Paul went over both vehicles with us and answered all our questions. We called Tuesday and told him our decision and by Wednesday we were in our new car. Paul made the process so easy and stress free. He made sure we knew everything up front and had the car ready when promised. I bought a 2017 Silverado had transmission concern took the vehicle there 4 times they couldn’t fix it end up opening up consumer affair case , dealership end up sending me to local transmission shop Beca the vehicle there 4 times they couldn’t fix it end up opening up consumer affair case , dealership end up sending me to local transmission shop Because I guess they don’t have any good auto technician local shop end up putting valve body in told me to drive 500 miles I put 500 miles still have the same problem... service staff has no respect for for customers only one person at the dealership was nice to me and he helped a lot thanks to jim Coogan he was very nice other than that worst dealership I ever came across More
