They think of anything they can to scam you out of money. I get it, they’re sales people. Mallory had me pay for an alignment when my wheel bearing was replaced under warranty. I recently used up my last prepaid service and will never go back to Freeman Toyota again. I sure hope that $160 was worth losing a lifetime customer. More
