Malia was extremely helpful to me in my car buying experience. She made it easy and knew the model I wanted before I got to the dealership. We checked out the vehicle, then completed and test drive an experience. She made it easy and knew the model I wanted before I got to the dealership. I contacted the Dealership prior to visiting. I had been internet shopping for a preowned 2019 Camry LE in white and found two one your website. When I arrived to look at the two white 2019 Camrys, th been internet shopping for a preowned 2019 Camry LE in white and found two one your website. When I arrived to look at the two white 2019 Camrys, they said they'd sold both of them ther prior day. I settled for a 2019 silver camry LE. Within a day I realized I'd settled for a silver Camry when I really wanted a white Camry. I worked with Malia and returned the silver Camry at the price I'd bought it for two days before and bought a new 2020 white Camry which is the color I strongly preferred. More

Her knowledge was well above the norm for car salespersons. Although she conducted herself in a very professional manner, she was very personal and caring. No pressure at all, and very patient as we were trying to determine exactly what we wanted. We were also very impressed with the person who showed us everything about the car's functionality and features. Lastly, the business manager we worked with to sign all the financial items was a pleasure to work with. All in all, an excellent experience, from first contact to driving the new vehicle off the lot. More
