Poor communication. I felt like they thought I was doing them a favor by the attitude at the dealership. Had me sign form that says they explained everything before I go I felt like they thought I was doing them a favor by the attitude at the dealership. Had me sign form that says they explained everything before I got the car then didn’t do the checklist. Salesperson literallysaid turn the car on and follow the directions on the screen to download the app etc. the only time they seemed to actually see me there was when they were trying to upsell me on extended warranty. This is the kind of dealer who gives in person car buying such a bad reputation. More
