They are not professional at service department when I called they said they would have the truck ready that day and they did not. They also kept hanging up on my phone calls. I talked to Carlos the manag called they said they would have the truck ready that day and they did not. They also kept hanging up on my phone calls. Horrible customer service. I took my truck in 3 times for a transmission issue. They had my truck a total of 20 days and weren’t able to diagnose it. Had the audacity to call m I took my truck in 3 times for a transmission issue. They had my truck a total of 20 days and weren’t able to diagnose it. Had the audacity to call me on the 10th day of having it (3rd time, first and second time were both 5 days) to ask me what’s wrong with it. LOL. After I explained the same thing in detail each time, took Joe a “technician” on a ride along where he confirmed he heard the sound and felt the slipping. Then they wanted me to explain again what was wrong with it?!? I’m taking it to another dealership, and after I voiced my frustrations with them they said “ok” and hung up on me 😂 no trying to apologize for my experience or anything. Just hanging up on me. I would NEVER recommend these technicians to touch any car ever. More
