Jackson KIA has great customer service, I had an oil change just the other day and when I got home notice a small oil puddle of oil the next day called Jackson KIA the next business day they got me in i change just the other day and when I got home notice a small oil puddle of oil the next day called Jackson KIA the next business day they got me in immediately and found a faulty oil filter O ring. Service was top notch and I was in/out with in 45 minutes. Extremely pleased with all the service staff and how they handled my issue. Would highly recommend to anyone. More

The pricing was very reasonable, and they were transparent about the costs when bundling services. The staff was attentive and accommodating, working with my schedule to get the service done. I drive a KIA Sportage SX as my commuter car, and it's been running smoothly with regular maintenance. I trust Jackson KIA to handle everything professionally, and if any issues arise, they take responsibility and fix them. That's what really matters to me. More
