Hi, I’m Mahogany Nolen, assistant service manager for Germain Toyota of Columbus. Joining the Germain team in 2020 I’m excited to bring my years of customer service experience to the team. Our dealership focuses on delivering a positive and quality guest experience which aligns with my commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. Born and raised in Columbus, OH I’m a graduate of Walnut Ridge High School. I have three children ShyAira, Ky’aira, and Xavier, and away from work, I enjoy spending time with my family. My favorite vacation escape was to Las Vegas, let’s face it, it’s a world all its own with so much to do. The most-played song on my playlist must be Pack Lite by Queen Naiga. The welcome team are great, do not need to spend time looking for who or what I need. Mohagany was awesome! I came in on Thursday regarding a slow leak in my tire.
