During my tire rotation, they did not fill my tires with air even though they had low tire pressure. I commented that there looked to be some liquid adhesive or oil dripping down the inside of my windshield air even though they had low tire pressure. I commented that there looked to be some liquid adhesive or oil dripping down the inside of my windshield on the passenger side. They cleaned it up but left smears and told me to avoid parking in the sun to prevent it from occurring again (keep in mind I live in Florida). They did a good job at cleaning the outside of my car, being quick with the service, and keeping me updated on its progress. More

I had never been to a Subaru dealership to have my Subaru serviced until I went here to the North Tampa location. The customer service was good, I appreciated the video of the inspection and availability to take care of additional issues found at the time. However, my car was returned unwashed which my understanding wa the inspection and availability to take care of additional issues found at the time. However, my car was returned unwashed which my understanding was it was going to be washed as part of the service. I think dinging the customer for a 3% charge for credit card use is petty. More
