buyer beware buyer beware! True statement. I'm very disappointed in their service department. I took my 2023 Dodge ram longhorn in on December 20 because it was throwing a code True statement. I'm very disappointed in their service department. I took my 2023 Dodge ram longhorn in on December 20 because it was throwing a code. They did an analysis of it and told me it was under warranty and I said an appointment. I was told it would only take a day to fix. I had to cancel the first appointment because of work. I scheduled another appointment a month later on January 20, 2025. It took them four days to diagnose it the second time. I was told they were busy and understaffed several times. They did not return my phone calls whatsoever, even after promising me, they would call me back. In the last eight years, I have spent over $350,000 on vehicles between myself my wife and my family. That stops today. No more repeat customer from me. I will no longer recommend them to any of my many friends, or family! They flat out lied to me, and called out lied again or blamed it on “ a person that no longer works there.” They would not give me a rental, and they are keeping the truck for over two weeks. Please note, they did offer me a one-day rental, but that does me or my family no good. I am highly disappointed with them, and will never use them again! It's already been eight days and I still have not had a reply from them. If I could give them zero stars I would. More
