I will never buy anything from Amarillo Hyundai again or have another Hyundai. The vehicle we signed paperwork on was sold out from underneath us. We liked the idea of the additional features the Tucson have another Hyundai. The vehicle we signed paperwork on was sold out from underneath us. We liked the idea of the additional features the Tucson Hybrid Limited had over the Kia Sportage Hybrid. After assuring us that they could get in a Tucson Limited Hybrid, and locating the car, we naively signed paperwork. Now I have an online commitment to pay for a vehicle that I NEVER saw, never owned, never drove. In this day & age, online can & will screw up my credit history, even though the paperwork says otherwise. I DO want to be on the up and up & pay for the vehicle we received, but THAT IS NOT AN OPTION ON THE HYUNDAI FINANCE site (https://www.hmfusa.com/MyAccount) that shows the TUCSON HYBRID VIN we were promised, not the one we actually drove home, and no way to correct it. The vehicle they show is NOT my vehicle. The Amarillo Hyundai Finance guy "promised" they'd fix this. NOPE Still hasn't happened. So - New the car that we financed, signed & drove home , a Tucson Limited Hybrid & the Amarillo Hyundai dealer & Hyundai corporate have made it impossible for me to pay for it. They show my vehicle on the Hyundai Bluelink & MyHyundai site so I can open the doors remote... But the Hyundai Finance site still shows another vehicle that we never took possession of. I'm on the hook for a car I never saw, never drove, nor even touched. We had to come back, the day after the sale, to get everything "set up" for the 2x driver modes & the electronic keys. Jerry who did it completely screwed it up & apparently did not know what he was doing. Afterwards, everytime I'd get it to drive, the electric seat would slam me into the steering wheel. We took it back. Rather than fix it, they shut off some of the functionality. After spending a day reading the handbook, I got it fixed. Looks like Jerry had programed everything in for my wife in the car, and with https://owners.hyundaiusa.com/us/en/page/dashboard. 2x times. I'm still needing to go to https://owners.hyundaiusa.com/us/en/page/dashboard to get the electronic key working on my mobile phone. Worst car buying experience EVER. It's not exactly bait & switch, because we did get a new Tucson Hybrid... but it's not the one we signed for and agreed to. The fact that the dealer has done nothing to fix the VIN & data with Hyundai Financing really pisses me off. I'm not wanting to get legal counsel, but it looks like that's where we're headed. Next to a house, a new vehicle is the largest purchase I make. I can't be on the hook for 2x Hyundais, when I only bought one. Really has soured me on Hyundai. I'll pay this xxx off, get rid of it. I'll NEVER go back to Hyundai, or own another AGAIN! More
