I have had good experiences. My recent experience was a little different with the remodeling project going on. In the past I have always come for oil change without appt. & this My recent experience was a little different with the remodeling project going on. In the past I have always come for oil change without appt. & this recent day I came they were backed up; I perhaps should have called ahead, not knowing everything going on. They recommended new brakes so I said to go ahead which meant several more hours…. A long waiting session but I had brought a book & no point in complaining as I felt it important to repair brakes for safety reasons. More

The Peninsula Subaru Dealership is respectful towards clients. Work was completed quickly, and the review of my vehicle was thorough, which I appreciated. However, due to their remodel of the facility th clients. Work was completed quickly, and the review of my vehicle was thorough, which I appreciated. However, due to their remodel of the facility the tendency currently is more focused on an automated approach (relying on the use of text and email) with clients having their cars serviced. I hope once the remodel is complete that Peninsula Subaru will return to a more personal approach when working with customers. This is something that I have always appreciated with their service in the past! Through this Peninsula Subaru always stood out against the competition. More

This dealership has one of the kindest and efficient service centers, I have ever had the pleasure to deal with in way too many states. They have helped me so much as a single mom with a son on the auti service centers, I have ever had the pleasure to deal with in way too many states. In spite of being under construction of a complete redo of their facility they gave me prompt repair of mouse damage that left us stranded on the freeway.
