Sales department does not stand behind their word. ? When I bought my lariat 2018 took it for test ride told the salesman. There’s a problem with the front end we need to have it fixed. They did work ? When I bought my lariat 2018 took it for test ride told the salesman. There’s a problem with the front end we need to have it fixed. They did work on it but it was not solved but he changed the wording said they weren’t going to do anything more about it.. if I am not contacted by 1040s to fix the front end of this truck, it will not ever be back on that lot ever again. I do plan to buy one more new truck in the next five years right now I’m leaving towards a GMC. More

Maddi was great to work with, if it wasn't for her, this rating would be 1 star. However, the service department themselves, not so much. I was quoted for 4.5 hour job to complete changing a bumper afte rating would be 1 star. However, the service department themselves, not so much. I was quoted for 4.5 hour job to complete changing a bumper after someone backed into me. After 6 hours I checked in to see the process. Still not done, will be done in another 2 hours (8 hours total). That didn't work as I had an appointment I had to make it to. I was told they would hurry to get buttoned up in 1 hour. They didn't get it done in time, and I let them know to keep it for the day to finish. I was offered a loaner vehicle to use to go to the meeting, which worked for me. Left for the day, told to come back in AM to pick up vehicle. Arrived the next day (pickup was supposed to be done night before), and found the vehicle was not ready. They had another part that was broken that they have to order, will be in 2 days. (Now 9 plus hours working on vehicle, still not finished) They allowed me to use loaner vehicle to take to work. At about 1:30pm 2nd day, they brought my vehicle back to me as I needed it for the weekend. They did offer a couple of oil changes to make up for issues, which is a nice gesture. Not thrilled with the service department. Maddi is great, she kept me in the loop during the whole ordeal. More

I will not deal with this center center again, they don't communicate, with each other or customer.
