Mac was our sales consultant at Wynn VW and we were very impressed with his knowledge, easiness, and relatability. My wife and I both agreed that we never felt any pressure to buy and that Mac was smooth and easy. After calling and letting Mac know we were driving about 50 miles to look at and test drive the car, he had the car waiting out front looking like it was just detailed. We took it for the test drive and Mac had us put it through the paces and we never looked back. We felt totally comfortable with the whole process and were able to work out a time to come back and pick the car up and sign all the paperwork, Mac met us at the dealership that evening, even though it was his day off, and we finalized the deal and he wished us luck and gave us a final walk through. All in all, we had a great experience...positive and painless! Very happy customers! More
