Highly professional, fast, and bs-free experience I've heard so many stories about people struggling at dealerships -- haggling, being argued with, being talked down to, being stuck in the dealership I've heard so many stories about people struggling at dealerships -- haggling, being argued with, being talked down to, being stuck in the dealership forever... We had no such problems with Mabel and her team. The communication was clear and responsive, the pricing straightforward, and there was nothing hidden in the end. Even though we were buying a used car they'd received in a trade, rather than the very nice Volvos she normally sells, Mabel treated us with respect, was personable, and clearly went the extra mile to learn about the car we were buying and was ready to answer any questions we had. We also worked with Diego at times, and everyone we encountered was extremely professional, courteous, and lovely. We've been to other dealers and the disrespect is just palpable. Skip the BS. More

She was easygoing, friendly, and not at all pushy (unlike some salespeople at other dealerships). She contacted me a few days after my purchase to make sure that I was satisfied.
