To me good business transactions, require communication, honesty and patience for both parties to reach a common ground of understanding. That's exactly what I got. There was some bumps along the way (on my part), but this gentleman went above and beyond to find a solution. Him listening and understanding what I needed gave me the opportunity to accomplish one of many goals. I don't like to be rushed and pushed into someone else suggestions. I was there for six hours...not because things was slow or lacking the services, but because I was handled with care along the way. He understood the situation, until I drove off with my vehicle!
